Dr. Erik Skare is a senior researcher and historian based at the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NUPI).
He specializes on Palestinian history with a particular focus on religion and
secular politics. Dr. Skare is also interested in the advancement of the digital
humanities and computational methodology.
His work has been cited in The Washington Post, Le Monde Diplomatique, and other international news outlets.
